QS: Trade Idea 2

In my first trade idea post, I looked at a longer term trade idea. In the strategy laid out in the first post, both the upside and downside are more muted than owning QS stock, outright.

In today’s post, I want to explore the idea of leveraging our knowledge of Quantumscape’s timeline (laid out in Upcoming Catalysts). And being that the Mr. Market’s attention has been pulled, almost exclusively, to Artificial Intelligence, I think we’ve reached a situation where a surprise delivery of B Samples at the end of Q2 (coming up at the end of this week) or Q3 might lead to a quick spike in the stock price. As a long term shareholder, I would love to see sustained higher prices in the stock, but even if we don’t see that quite yet, we’ve seen several occasions where the stock price doubled relatively quickly before falling back to earth.
